«Հայաստան» դաշինքը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասված է.

«ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկության ժամանակ 109 618 քաղաքացու անձնագրերը չեն գործել։ Այդ պահին մասնագետները պարզապես լրացրել են տվյալները, չի բացառվում, որ լրացրել են այլ մարդկանց տվյալներ կամ կրկնակի քվեարկություն է եղել:

23 790 քաղաքացու անձնագրերը գործել են, սակայն լուսանկարը չի ցուցադրվել, ինչը բացառում է անձի նույնականացման հնարավորությունը, եթե այդպիսի անհրաժեշտություն առաջանար:

10.993 ընտրող Զինված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներ էին, և բոլորիս հայտնի է՝ ինչպես են նրանց ուղղորդել կամ ինչպես են նրանք բաց քվեարկել։ Բացի այդ, տեղեկություններ չկան այն մասին, թե որտեղ են նրանք քվեարկել․ քվեարկության գործընթացը գաղտնի է պահվել»։
