ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն այսօր «Ուղիղ կապ 2021»–ի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ ոչ մեկը շահագրգռված չէ ղարաբաղյան ճգնաժամի զարգացմամբ։

ՌԴ առաջնորդն այդպես է պատասխանել Բալաշիխայում բնակվող, 11-րդ դասարանցի Երեմ Հարությունյանի հարցին, թե արդյոք Մոսկվան կարո՞ղ է երաշխավորել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչների անվտանգությունը:

«Ռուսաստանը որոշակի դեր է խաղացել այդ լուրջ ճգնաժամի հարցում, և ոչ ոք շահագրգռված չէ ղարաբաղյան ճգնաժամի զարգացմամբ` ո՛չ Հայաստանը, ո՛չ Ադրբեջանը, ո՛չ էլ առաևել ևս Ղարաբաղի բնակիչները»,– ասել է Պուտինը։

Ինչպես նշել է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ են կուտակվել` կապված և՛ ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգնման, և՛ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի սահմանների հետ: Պուտինի կարծիքով՝ անհնար է ապրել անընդհատ սպասելով, որ զինված հակամարտությունը կվերսկսվի։

Այդ պատճառով այժմ կողմերը աշխատանքներ են տանում կարգավորման շուրջ։

«Մենք հատուկ եռակողմ խումբ ենք ստեղծել և ամեն ինչ կանենք, որպեսզի լուծենք այդ իրավիճակը», - հավելել է նա:
