«ՀՀԿ տարածքային կառույցների ղեկավարներին կուսակցությունից հանձնարարել են ռեյտինգային ցուցակներ ներկայացնել։ Այդ հողի վրա Արագածոտնի մարզում ներկուսակցական լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել։ Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀԿ տարածքային խորհրդի նախագահ Սարգիս Սահակյանն առաջնահերթության կարգով ցուցակագրել Է հարազատներին ու մարդկանց, որոնք ոչ վաղ անցյալում այլ կուսակցական պատկանելություն ունեին։ Օրինակ, եղբորը՝ Նաիրի Սահակյանին, նախկին ԲՀԿ-ական Բազմասեր Առաքելյանին։ «Սահակյանն առաջնորդվում է «շատ փող» ներդնելու սկզբունքով, մինչդեռ կան արժանավորներ, որոնք առանց գումարի էլ ավելի շատ ձայներ կարող են բերել, քան իր ուզած մարդիկ»,– ասաց մեր աղբյուրը»,–գրում է թերթը։
