Դատարանը քիչ առաջ «Իզմիրլյան» ԲԿ-ի ղեկավար, բժիշկ-վնասվածքաբան, պրոֆեսոր Արմեն Չարչյանին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացրեց։
Չարչյանը կալանքի տակ կմնա մեկ ամիս։
Ըստ դատարանի որոշման՝ կալանավորման հիմքերն առկա են, իսկ ՀՔԾ քննիչի կողմից ներկայացրած հիմքերը բավարար են կալանավորման համար։
