Վերաքննիչ վարչական դատարանը Տիրան Խաչատրյանի վերաբերյալ որոշում է կայացրել

ՀՀ վերաքննիչ վարչական դատարանը ՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Կարինե Բաղդասարյանի, բավարարել է ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի նախկին առաջին տեղակալ Տիրան Խաչատրյանի վերաբերյալ Վարչական դատարանի կայացրած որոշման դեմ բողոքը։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Նշենք, որ Վարչական դատարանի դատավոր Հրաչ Այվազյանը մերժել էր այս հայցը վարույթ ընդունել,  և Տիրան Խաչատրյանն էլ դիմել էր ՀՀ վարչական վերաքննիչ դատարան։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Տիրան Խաչատրյանը մեկ այլ դատական հայցով էլ դատարանից պահանջում է  իրեն ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնից ազատելու մասին ՀՀ Նախագահի 24.02.2021թ. թիվ ՆՀ-25-Ա հրամանագիրն անվավեր ճանաչել:

Իր նախկին  պաշտոնին առնչվող եւս մեկ հայց էլ Տիրան Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է ընդդեմ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի:
