ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Վահան Քերոբյանը գրառում է կատարել Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև. 

«Տարբեր երկրներում կոռուպցիայի մակարդակի ամենավստահելի ինդեքսը Transparency International-ի կոռուպցիայի ընկալման ինդեքսն է` cpi:

Եվ այսպես, 1999 թ. Հայաստանն այս ցուցիչով եղել է 80-րդը աշխարհում, 2008-ին` 109-րդը, 2018-ին` 105-րդը, իսկ 2020 թ.` 60-րդը: Ընդ որում՝ 2019-2020 թթ. աշխարհում ամենամեծ դրական փոփոխություն գրանցած երկիրն է։

Եվ լավ կառավարման արդյունքում` նախկինում տնտեսական աճն ապահովվում էր դղյակներ կառուցելով, իսկ այժմ` դպրոցներ ու մանկապարտեզներ»։
