Քրեական օրենսգրքի 154-րդ հոդվածով սահմանվում են քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելու համար նախատեսված պատիժները։

Իրավաբան.net-ը հայտնում է, որ օրենքի համաձայն․

1. Քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելու նպատակով ընտրողին քվեարկության արդյունքը հայտնելուն հարկադրելը, քվեարկության արդյունքը բացահայտելու նպատակով քվեարկած քվեաթերթիկը ստուգելը, քվեարկության խցիկ (սենյակ) մուտք գործելը, ինչպես նաև քվեարկության գաղտնիությունն այլ կերպ խախտելը՝ պատժվում է տուգանքով` 500.000 – 700.000 դրամի չափով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ` 2-5 տարի ժամկետով:
