Կարևոր փաստ` ի գիտություն որոշ պաշտոնյաների ու գործիչների`

Դիլիջանի գավառին պատկանող Սոֆլու, Բարխուդարլու եւ Վերին Աքսիփարա (Ոսկեպար) գյուղերը` ընդհանուր 3104 դեսյատին տարածքով, Անդրկովկասյան Դաշնության Կենտրոնական գործադիր կոմիտեի հողային եւ անտառային վեճերը լուծող տեղական հանձնաժողովի 1929 թ. հուլիսի 19–20-ի որոշմամբ հանձնվել են Դիլիջանի գավառին:

Այդ և մի շարք այլ գյուղեր միշտ էլ ռազմավարական, կենսական կարևոր նշանակություն են ունեցել և հիմա էլ շարունակում են ունենալ ՀՀ սահմանային բնակչության անվտանգության, նրանց սեփականության իրավունքների երաշխավորման, այդ թվում` հողատարածքներն ու արոտավայրերն օգտագործելու տեսանկյունից:

Հ.Գ. Դեսյատինը հողային տարածության հին չափ է` 2400 քառ. սաժեն կամ 1.09 հեկտար։
