Կորոնավիրուսից մահացության դեպքերի թիվը ողջ աշխարհում հասել է 3 507 477-ի, վարակման դեպքերի թիվը մայիսի 28 դրությամբ կազմում է 168 599 045 մարդ:

Ինչպես փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը, այս մասին վկայում են ԱՀԿ պաշտոնական տվյալները, որոնք ստացվում են երկրների կառավարությունից: Վերջին մեկ օրում արձանագրվել է վարակման 545 102 նոր դեպք, մահվան՝ 12 406 դեպք:

Նոր դեպքերի ավելի քան 38 տոկսոսն արձանագրվել է Հարավարևելյան Ասիայի տարածաշրջանում (208 644), երկրորդ տեղում է Հյուսիսային և Հարավային Ամերիկան (205 660), երրորդ տեղում է Եվրոպան (70 197):

Ամենից շատ վարակման դեպքեր են գրանցվել ԱՄՆ-ում, Հնդկաստանում, Բրազիլիայում, Ֆրանսիայում, Թուրքիայում, Ռուսաստանում, Մեծ Բրիտանիայում: Մահվան ցուցանիշով առաջատար երկրներն են ԱՄՆ-ն, Բրազիլիան, Հնդկաստանը, Մեքսիկան, Մեծ Բրիտանիան:
