Այսօր, Շառլ Ազնավուրի ծննդյան 97-ամյակի առթիվ, Ստեփանակերտում տեղի ունեցավ նրա կիսանդրու բացման արարողությունը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։

«Քանդակագործը Յուրի Հովհաննիսյանն է, ֆինանսավորումը՝ ԱՀ կառավարության, որի պատվերը տրվել էր դեռ տարիներ առաջ, և աշխատանքների հիմնական մասը կատարված էր արդեն անցած տարի:

Պատիվ է ունենալ Ազնավուրի ներկայությունը Ստեփանակերտում՝ նրա կիսանդրու և նրա անվան մշակույթի կենտրոնի տեսքով, որոնք սփռում են սեր, բարություն ու գեղեցիկի հանդեպ ակնածանք:

Համոզված եմ՝ Ազնավուրի արվեստով բազմաթիվ հայ ու համաշխարհային սերունդներ են դաստիարակվելու»,- գրել է նա:
