Սկանդալային փաստաթղթի շուրջ բանակցություններին արտգործնախարարությունը՝ ի դեմս նախարար Արա Այվազյանի, չի մասնակցել։ Նախօրեին մեր լրագրողին հայտնել է ԱԳ նախարարության լրատվականը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ գործընթացին ուժայիններն են մասնակցել։ Իսկ ինչո՞ւ ուժայինները։ «Խոսքը ուժային դիրքերի մասին է»։

Տեղեկություններ կան, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միայնակ է բանակցել, առանց դիվանագիտական կորպուսի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցության։ Գաղտնի է պահել նաեւ թիմից, բացառությամբ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանի եւ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ փաստաթղթով, ըստ լուրերի, Տավուշի 5-6 գյուղ եւ Տիգրանաշեն՝ Քյարքի գյուղն է պատրաստվում տալ Ադրբեջանին, ինչպես նաեւ մի շարք կարեւորագույն բարձունքներ։
