Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից իրականացված սադրանքներից հետո հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային լարվածությունը, նախորդ օրվա համեմատ, էական փոփոխություններ չի կրել։ Մայիսի 16-ին կայացած բանակցություններից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք մուտք գործած ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների մի քանի խումբ վերադարձել է իրենց ելման դիրքեր։ Այդուհանդերձ, զինվորականների մի մասը շարունակում է գտնվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայութությունը, խնդրի խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման շուրջ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն այսօր քննարկումներ է ունեցել ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարի, ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի, ՌԴ ԱԴԾ ՍԾ տնօրենի հետ, պաշտպանության նախարարությունում հյուրընկալվել են ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված ռազմական կցորդները։

Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը վերստին հայտարարում է, որ բացարձակ անընդունելի է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքների հանդեպ ցանկացած ոտնձգություն, և անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով հղի զարգացումներից խուսափելու համար ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները պարտավոր են հեռանալ մեր երկրի տարածքից՝ առանց որևէ նախապայմանի։
