«Վերադարձ» մշակության բարեգործական հիմնադրամի նախագահ, ԲՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանը առաջիկա ընտրություններին որոշել է աջակցել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին: Արագած Ախոյանը ո՛չ հերքեց, ո՛չ հաստատեց այս տեղեկությունը, միայն ասաց, որ առաջիկայում հանդես կգա հայտարարությամբ:

Նշենք, որ Ախոյանը նաեւ «Հայահավաք» շարժման անդամ է, որը սկզբնական փուլում բանակցում էր Արտակ Թովմասյանի հիմնադրած «Երրորդ ուժի» հետ՝ դաշինքով մասնակցելու շուրջ, սակայն նրանց ճանապարհները բաժանվեցին: «Հայահավաքի» մյուս անդամների դիրքորոշումը դեռեւս հայտնի չէ։ Ի դեպ, տեղեկություններ կան, որ նախկիններից շատերն են այս օրերին ինքնակամ իրենց աջակցությունը հայտնում ընդդիմության ֆավորիտներին, խոսքը ոչ միայն Քոչարյանի, այլ ՀՀԿ-Հայրենիք դաշինքի մասին է:
