«Երեկ ՀՀ հիմնադիր նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը վերջնականապես հրաժարվեց իր հոգեզավակից՝ հայտարարելով, որ «ողջ հայության պարտքն է՝ գիտակցել, որ Փաշինյանի վարչախմբի վերարտադրությունը Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար շատ ավելի վտանգավոր է, քան նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանից և Թուրքիայից բխող հնարավոր կամ ենթադրյալ սպառնալիքները»։

Եվ հաշվի առնելով «իր եռամյա գործունեության ընթացքում պետական կառավարման բոլոր բնագավառներում լիովին ձախողված իշխանության՝ ամեն գնով վերարտադրվելու հիվանդագին ձգտումն ու դրա ակնհայտ կործանարար հետևանքները»՝ ՀՀ երկու նախագահներին առաջարկում է միավորվել։

Փաշինյանը, օգտագործելով ԱԺ ամբիոնը, հակադարձեց նրան, թե Տեր-Պետրոսյանն «ավազակապետական հեղափոխություն» է փորձում անել՝ «չի ստացվի»»,-գրում է թերթը։
