ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանը և փաստաբան Մուշեղ Շուշանյանը հերքելու են Արմեն Գևորգյանի վերաբերյալ տարածած զրպարտչական տեղեկությունները և վճարելու են 2,800,000 ՀՀ դրամ որպես փոխհատուցում։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը:

«Ձեռք բերված նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն'  ամբողջ գումարը կփոխանցվի Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամին։

Շնորհակալ եմ Դատարանին (դատավոր' Արթուր Ստեփանյան) արդար և օբյեկտիվ դատական ակտի համար։

 Այլեւս իրողություն է, որ Արմեն Գևորգյանը  կապ չունի իրեն վերագրվող արարքների հետ, իսկ պատգամավորին և փաստաբանին պետք է հարց հղել Ադրբեջանի լրտես հանդիսացող անձի խոսքերը տարածելով ինչ խնդիր են լուծել»,- գրել է փաստաբանը:
