Վիտամին D-ի բարձր չափաբաժինն անօգուտ է կորոնավիրուսի ծանր ընթացքի դեմ, ասվում է նոր հետազոտության մեջ, որի արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Journal of the American Medical Association ամսագրում:

Հետազոտությանը մասնակցել են կորոնավիրուսով վարակված 240 պացիենտ, որոնց բաժանել են երկու խմբի: Առաջին խումբը ստացել է մեկանգամյա չափաբաժնով վիտամին D: Վերահսկիչ խմբին պլացեբո են տվել արախիսի յուղի տեսքով: Բոլոր պացիենտները ստացել են բուժման ստանդարտ կուրս, որը ներառել է հակաբիոտիկների եւ հակաբորբոքիչ դեղամիջոցների ընդունում:

Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ հիմքեր չկան կորոնավիրուսի ծանր ձեւով պացիենտներին վիտամին  D-ի բարձր չափաբաժին տալ:

Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ այդ վիտամինի օգտագործումից դրական արդյունք չկա:
