«Իշխանություն» ֆիլմի պրեմիերային ես պատահական չէի հայտնվել ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողքին: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ֆիլմի ռեժիսոր Մհեր Մկրտչյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ես եմ հրավիրել, ես եմ փոխանցել հրավիրատոմսը ու դիմավորել «Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնի դիմաց:

Ֆիլմում իմ ստեղծած կերպարներից մեկն էլ Նախագահի կերպարն է, և ես ունեի հնարավորություն ֆիլմը դիտելու ընթացքում հարցեր տալու նրան:

Իսկ հարցերը նոր հարցեր ծնեցին: Պայմանավորվեցինք խոսել ֆիլմի մեջ տեղ գտած իրականի և ոչ իրականի մասին, ֆիլմի իշխանության և իրական իշխանության մասին: Ու ոչ միայն՝ 2018-ի մասին, մարդկանց մասին... ես ունեմ հարցեր, մենք բոլորս ունենք հարցեր...

Նկարահանելու ենք մեր զրույցը: Ես լրագրող չեմ, մեր զրույցը էդ տեսանկյունից կլինի ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ, բայց անկեղծ»:
