Հայոց ցեղասպանության 106-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրում կայանալիք ոգեկոչման արարողության մասնակիցների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով՝ ապրիլի 24-ին, ժամը 06.00-ից մինչև հատուկ կարգադրություն, մայրաքաղաքի մի շարք փողոցներում կսահմանափակվի երթևեկությունը: Մասնավորապես, կարգելվի երթևեկությունը Լենինգրադյան փողոցից  դեպի Ծիծեռնակաբերդի խճուղի ուղղությամբ, Իսակովի և Աթենքի փողոցների խաչմերուկից  դեպի Աթենքի փողոց ուղղությամբ և Հրազդանի կիրճի Երևանի  ՀԷԿ-ի հարակից կամրջից դեպի Իսակովի պողոտա ուղղությամբ:
