Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքի 135․2-րդ հոդվածը սահմանում է, որ տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդի կողմից տրանսպորտային միջոցի ընթացքի ժամանակ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակ կամ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների փոխարինիչներ օգտագործելը` առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի յոթնապատիկի չափով 7000 դրամի չափով, և տուգանային միավորի կիրառում` 0.5 միավոր։

Ընդհանուր օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոցներում կամ թեթև մարդատար-տաքսի ավտոմոբիլներում ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակ կամ ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների փոխարինիչներ օգտագործելը` առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 20 հազար դրամի չափով, իսկ տվյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդի նկատմամբ՝ նաև տուգանային միավորի կիրառում` 1 միավոր:

Օրենսգրքում կատարված փոփոխությունները ուժի մեջ են մտել փետրվարի 13-ին։
