Pfizer և Moderna պատվաստանյութերից երկակի թրոմբոզի վտանգը 30 անգամ ավելի մեծ է, քան AstraZeneca դեղամիջոցից: Նման եզրակացության են հանգել Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի մասնագետները, որոնք համապատասխան հետազոտություն են հրապարակել։ Տեղեկությունը հրապարակված է «Սպուտնիկ V»-ի Twitter-ի էջում:

 

«Օքսֆորդի համալսարանը հրապարակել է կարևոր հետազոտություն, որին մասնակցել է ավելի քան 489 հազար մարդ, նրանք պատվաստել են մՌՆԹ-պատվաստանյութով։ Այն ցույց է տվել, որ այդպիսի պատվաստանյութերից (Pfizer ու Moderna) երակների թրոմբոզի առաջացման վտանգը 30 անգամ ավելի բարձր է, քան AstraZeneca դեղամիջոցից», — նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ավելի վաղ EMA-ի դեղերի անվտանգության կոմիտեն AstraZeneca պատվաստանյութի վերաբերյալ լրացուցիչ տեղեկությունների ուսումնասիրությունից հետո հայտնել էր, որ դրա օգտակարությունը գերազանցում է ռիսկերին, սակայն խոստովանել նաև, որ պատվաստումների ու հիվանդների մոտ շատ հազվադեպ թրոմբոէմբոլիկ բարդությունների առաջացման միջև կապի հավանականություն կա:
