«Վստրեչ» սրճարանի տարածքում նախօրեին դիակ է հայտնաբերվել:

Տուժածը 38 տարեկան է, ով չունի մշտական բնակության վայր եւ գիշերել է Արցախի պողոտայի կիսաքանդ շինությունում։

Դիակի մասին ահազանգել է մի քաղաքացի՝ ասելով, որ արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ նույն վայրում նկատում է նույն դիրքում պառկած մի տղամարդու։

Պարզվել է, որ տղամարդը մահացած է, դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։

Բժշկական նախնական հետազոտման համաձայն՝ տղամարդը մահացել է ցրտահարությունից։
