«Որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է նախընտրական հուժկու շոուներ բեմադրել և ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող որոշ գույքեր վերադարձնել պետությանը՝ բավարարելով պողոսներին և ցույց տալով, թե թալանված գումարների վերադարձի ժամանակն է։ Այդ նպատակով «Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու նախագիծն ամիսների ընդմիջումից հետո երկրորդ ընթերցման է ներկայացվել և կքննարկվի այսօր մեկնարկելիք խորհրդարանի քառօրյա նիստերին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ փոփոխությամբ առաջարկվում է նշված գործերի քննությունը ոչ թե սովորական դատարաններով քննել, այլ՝ հակակոռուպցիոն։ Պատերազմից երկու օր առաջ՝ անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց փոփոխությունը, և ամիսներ շարունակ այն օրակարգ չէր բերվում»,-գրում է թերթը։
