«Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսը պատրաստվում է համագումարի։ Նախնական որոշմամբ՝ այն նշանակվել է մայիսի 1-ին։ Համագումարի ընթացքում, թերևս, ՀԱԿ-ը կտա ընտրություններին մասնակցել-չմասնակցելու և ածանցյալ այլ հարցերի պատասխանները։ Եթե ֆորսմաժոր չլինի, ապա Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի գլխավորած կուսակցությունը կմասնակցի ընտրություններին և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, միայնակ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԱԿ վերջին համագումարը 2017-ին էր՝ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։ ՀԱԿ վերջին համագումարում Հայաստանի առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ելույթի զգալի մասը վերաբերում էր Արցախի խնդրին: Համագումարյան ելույթը մեծ աղմուկի պատճառ հանդիսացավ: Գտնվեցին նույնիսկ մարդիկ, ովքեր Տեր-Պետրոսյանի ելույթը դավաճանություն որակեցին: Իսկ ելույթը հիմնականում վերաբերում էր Արցախի հարցի լուծման փուլային տարբերակին, որն այսօր երանելի է թվում»,-գրում է թերթը:
