Գերիների հետ վերադարձը, ցավոք, կրկին հետաձգվում է, քանի որ հակառակորդի կողմից նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետը ի կատար չի ածվում, ինչը հետպատերազմական մարդասիրական գործընթացի կոպիտ խախտում է։ 

«Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակից։ 

«Բանակցությունները ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությամբ շարունակվում են, եւ հույս ունենք, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը ի վերջո կհարգի ստորագրված հայտարարությունը ու կյանքի կկոչի հումանիտար պայմանավորվածությունը՝ այդպիսով նպաստելով տարածաշրջանում կայունության հաստատմանը»,- ասված է մեկնաբանության մեջ։
