«Անվճար բժշկական օգնության համակարգում պացիենտները հաճախ իրենց զգում են ինչպես թենիսի մրցաշարում։ Նրանց մի հաստատությունից մյուսն են ուղարկում՝ առանց արդյունքի»,- ասել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը՝ Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության հրապարակած ամսագրին տված հարցազրույցում։
Այս անգամ Հայաստանի առողջապահական համակարգին նվիրված ամսագրում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը խոսել է Հայաստանի առողջապահական ոլորտի մարդու իրավունքներին առնչվող խնդիրների մասին՝ սկսած անվճար տրամադրվող դեղերի անարդյունավետությունից, բյուրոկրատական քաշքշուկներից վերջացրած իրազեկման պակասով։
