Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը քիչ առաջ հրապարակեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանների միջնորդության վերաբերյալ դատարանի որոշումը։

 ՍԴ–ի որոշմամբ հակասահմանադրական ճանաչված 300․1 հոդվածով քրեական հետապնդումը ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ դադարեցվեց։
Մարտի 1-ի գործով դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը քիչ առաջ հրապարակեց 300․1 հոդվածի վերաբերյալ դատարանի որոշումը։
«Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված գրավը վերացնելու կամ դրա չափը նվազեցնելու միջնորդութոյւնը մերժել»,– հայտարարեց դատավորը։
