Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը համարում է, որ երկրում իրավիճակն անբավարար է: Այդ մասին նա հայտարարել է «Պոզներ» հաղորդման եթերում:

Պատասխանելով հարցին՝ ինչպե՞ս նա կգնահատեր իրավիճակը ֆրանսիական 20-բալանոց համակարգով՝ նախկին նախագահը նշել է, որ կնշանակեր երեք:

Հարցին՝ եթե ամեն ինչ այդքան վատ է, երեւի, դա պայմանավորված է բազմաթիվ բաներով, նախկին նախագահը նշել է նախ հետպատերազմական իրավիճակը, պատերազմում շատ ծանր պարտությունը, հասարակության հոգեբանական անկումը, դրա պառակտվածությունը, խորին ապատիան, տնտեսությունում եւ կառավարման ոլորտում խնդիրները:
