Պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում փոխհատուցվող առանձին բժշկական ծառայությունների համար պետբյուջեից ուղղվող հատկացումները վերջին տարիներին հոկտեմբեր–նոյեմբեր ամիսներին պարբերաբար սպառվում են։
 
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունն այլ ծրագրերով չծախսված և տնտեսված գումարների հաշվին մոտ 1 մլրդ 267,6 մլն դրամի չափով վերաբաշխումներ կատարելով՝ մի շարք ծառայությունների փոխհատուցման հնարավորություն է ստեղծել։
 
537,5 մլն տրամադրվել է սրտի վիրահատությունների փոխհատուցմանը, 145,5 մլն` զինծառայողների, ինչպես նաև փրկարար ծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների, 135 մլն` երեխաների, 98 մլն` անհետաձգելի բժշկական օգնությանը։ Բնակչության սոցիալապես անապահով և հատուկ խմբերում ընդգրկվածներին պետական պատվերի շրջանակում բժշկական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար լրացուցիչ տրամադրվել է 83,5 մլն դրամ։
 
Վերաբաշխման արդյունքում պետական պատվերի շրջանակում բժշկական օգնություն կտրամադրվի նաև հեմոդիալիզի կարիք ունեցողներին, ուռուցքաբանական և արյունաբանական հիվանդություններ ունեցող քաղաքացիներին, պետական հիմնարկների և կազմակերպությունների աշխատողներին և այլն:
