Արցախի արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության սակրավորական ջոկատներն այսօր՝ ապրիլի 5–ին, ռուս գործընկերների եւ «The halo trust» ոչ կառավարական ականազերծող կազմակերպության սակրավորների հետ զինամթերքի հայտնաբերման ուղղությամբ հետախուզական աշխատանքներ են սկսել Ստեփանակերտ, Մարտակերտ, Մարտունի եւ Ասկերան քաղաքների հարակից բնակավայրերում: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Արցախի արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայությունից։
