Արցախի տարածքը չպայթած զենք-զինամթերքից մաքրելու նպատակով, ԱԻ պետական ծառայության, «The Halo Trust» ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպության, Հումանիտար ականազերծման կենտրոն հիմնադրամի սակրավորները ռուս գործընկերների հետ համատեղ շարունակում են իրականացնել ինժեներահետախուզական և պայթեցման աշխատանքներ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Արցախի արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայությունը, զինամթերքների վնասազերծման աշխատանքներ են նախատեսվում Ստեփանակերտ, Մարտակերտ և Մարտունի քաղաքների, Մարտակերտի շրջանի Ճանկաթաղ, Ասկերանի շրջանի Խնածախ և Այգեստան գյուղերի մոտակայքում:
