«Ամբողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ Դիակը վարչապետ մնալու ոչ մի հեռանկար չունի, թեկուզ նրա համար, որ հանրության մի զգալի մասը ոչ մի դեպքում դա չի ընդունելու, դա բացառված է։ Նրա մնալը նշանակում է քաղաքացիական պատերազմի ու դա լինելու է։

Խնդիրն այլ է, որքան նրա մնալը երկարաձգվում է, այդքանով պետության քայքայումն է շարունակվում ու որն է նրա մնալու երկարաձգման իմաստը։ Դա արդեն դիվերսիա է ու տարօրինակ է, որ դեռ կան մարդիկ, որ այս պարզ բանը չեն հասկանում»։
