Ամերիկյան ռեալիթի շոուների աստղ, գործարար Քիմ Քարդաշյանը, ինչպես նաև նրա մայրը՝ Քրիս Ջեները ու քույրը՝  Քորթնի Քարդաշյանը միացել են Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախմբի կողմից կազմակերպված արշավին՝ ուղղված ԱՄՆ նախագահի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ընդունելով Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախմբի մարտահրավերը՝ նրանք ինստագրամյան իրենց էջում հրապարակել են «Ես ճանաչում եմ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը» գրությամբ լուսանկար՝ իրենց հերթին դրա վրա նշելով 5 անձանց, ովքեր նման հրապարակում պետք է անեն իրենց էջերում:

Ակցիային մասնակցել են նաև հայտնի ռոք երաժիշտ, System of a Down խմբի մենակատար Սերժ Թանկյանը, ամերիկահայ անվանի բժիշկ, Լոս Անջելեսի Կալիֆոռնիայի համալսարանի (UCLA) Դեյվիդ Գեֆենի անվան բժշկական կենտրոնի համաղեկավար, պրոդյուսեր Էրիկ Էսրաիլյանը:
