Գլխավոր դատախազությունը ստացել է ԳՇ նախկին պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանի կողմից ներկայացրած հանցագործության մասին հաղորդումը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արեւիկ Խաչատրյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը Գլխավոր դատախազությանը ներկայացրել էր առերեւույթ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում։ Armlur.am-ը հրապարակել էր հաղորդման մասին փաստաթուղթը, որում Գասպարյանը նշել էր, որ վարչապետի եւ Պաշտպանության նախարարի կողմից կատարվել են ՀՀ ՔՕ 308-րդ հոդվածով արգելված արարք։

Օնիկ Գասպարյանի կարծիքով՝ վարչապետի եւ Պաշտպանության նախարարի արարքները դրսեւորվել են խմբային շահերից ելնելով՝ այն է ապահովել քաղաքական թիմի կամ հենց միայն վարչապետի համար ցանկալի անձի կողմից ԳՇ պետի պաշտոնում նշանակվելը։ Նա շեշտել էր, որ առկա է հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործությունը, քանի որ այդ արարքները կարող են հանգեցնել ծանր հետեւանքների։
