«Իշխանությունն անմարդկային ճնշումներ է գործադրում Օնիկ Գասպարյանի գործով դատավորի դեմ»,- այս մասին գրում է Տելեգրամի «Mediaport» ալիքը:

«Mediaport-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրահանգով ուժայինները  զբաղված են ԳՇ նախկին պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյան գործով դատավոր Մհեր Պետրոսյանի վրա  ճնշում գործադրելով, որպիսի վերջինս չբավարարի հայցի ապահովման միջոց  կիրառելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը: 

Դատավորի դեմ գործի են դրվել բոլոր հնարավոր մեթոդները` սպառնալիք, շանտաժ, մտերիմների վրա ճնշումներ։ Դատարանի որոշումից հետո կներկայացնենք մանրամասներ ու անուններ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գասպարյանը դիմել էր վարչական դատարան՝ իր ազատման հրամանն ապօրինի ճանաչելու պահանջով, որը մակագրվել էր վարչական դատարանի դատավոր Մհեր Պետրոսյանին»,- գրում է ալիքը:
