ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արա Այվազյանը և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Շվեդիայի ԱԳ նախարար Անն Լինդեն հանդես են եկել հայտարարությամբ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Հայաստանը և հայ ժողովուրդը մշտապես և անկեղծորեն հանդես են եկել խաղաղության ուղերձով։ Լինելով 20-րդ դարի առաջին ցեղասպանությունը վերապրած ժողովուրդ՝ մենք գիտենք խաղաղության և անվտանգության արժեքը։ Հայաստանը ղարաբաղյան  հակամարտության բոլոր փուլերում հանդես է եկել խնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման օգտին։ Այսօր նույնպես մենք ամբողջովին գիտակցում ենք այն հնարավորությունները, որ խաղաղությունը և իրական հաշտեցումը կարող են բերել մեր տարածաշրջանին, սակայն խաղաղությունը լոկ գեղեցիկ բառ չէ:

Արցախի խաղաղ բնակավայրերի, այդ թվում`Հադրութի շրջանի ավերման, հայ բնակչության ոչնչացման և դրանց փոխարեն ադրբեջանական բնակավայրերի ստեղծման հիման վրա կառուցված խաղաղությունը չի կարող լինել հաստատուն և տևական։ Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր պայքարն արդար և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության համար՝ սերտորեն համագործակցելով մեր միջազգային գործընկերների հետ»:
