Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահի նախկին խորհրդականներ Հրայր Ղուկասյանը, Գրիգոր Մուրադյանը եւ Վարդան Պողոսյանը ՍԴ նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանի դեմ հայց են ներկայացրել Վարչական դատարան: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգից։ Նախկին խորհրդականները պահանջում են ՍԴ նախագահի խորհրդականի պաշտոնում իրենց վերականգնել եւ հարկադիր պարապուրդի ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածի համար միջին աշխատավարձը վճարել։

Հրայր Ղուկասյանի հայցի քննությունը մակագրվել է դատավոր Անի Հարությունյանին։ Այդ գործով առաջին նիստը նշանակված է ապրիլի 8-ին։ Գրիգոր Մուրադյանի հայցի քննությունը մակագրվել է դատավոր Մհեր Պետրոսյանին, առաջին նիստը նույնպես նշանակված է ապրիլի 8-ին։

Վարդան Պողոսյանի հայցի քննությունը մակագրվել է դատավոր Ռուզաննա Ազրոյանին, առաջին նիստը նշանակված է ապրիլի 16-ին։
