2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ին առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով հաստատվել են ծովի մակերևույթից 1650 մետր բարձրության վրա գտնվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության լեռնային և բարձրալեռնային բնակավայրերում տեղակայված 2021 թվականին պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների ցանկը, որն այս տարվա մարտի 2-ին լրացվել է։

Հրամանով հաստատվել է նաև գյուղական բնակավայրերում առողջության առաջնային պահպանման մասով մինչև 2300 բնակիչ սպասարկող 2021 թվականին պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների ցանկը։
