«Ֆանտաստիկ կառավարություն է, Նիկոլը չի հասցնում պաշտոնյաներ նշանակի: Այդպիսի օր չկա, որ մի քանի հոգու չնշանակի: Ինքը նշանակում է, հետեւից նոր հրաժարականների շքերթ է սկսում: Նորից դեսուդեն են ընկնում, ինչ որ անհայտ մարդկանց գտնում, նշանակում, հաջորդ օրը մեկ այլ խումբ է հրաժարական տալիս: Ու այսպես շարունակ:

Եվ սա, ըստ կապիտուլյանտների՝ կոչվում է պետություն, իրենք էլ իրենց դրել են կառավարության տեղ...
