Տիրան Խաչատրյանը դիմել է Վարչական դատարան՝ պահանջելով անվավեր ճանաչել նախագահի հրամանագիրը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի նախկին առաջին տեղակալ Տիրան Խաչատրյանը դիմել է ՀՀ վարչական դատարան՝ պահանջելով անվավեր ճանաչել  ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հրամանագիրը՝ իրեն պաշտոնից ազատելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Հայցադիմումը դատարան է ներկայացվել երեկ՝ մարտի 3-ին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, հիմք ընդունելով վարչապետի առաջարկությունը, 2021թ. փետրվարի 24-ին հրամանագրով Խաչատրյանին ազատել էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնից:

Նշենք, որ Տիրան Խաչատրյանը պաշտոնանկ եղավ է «Իսկանդեր» հրթիռի՝ 10 տոկոս պայթելու վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարության վերաբերյալ երկար ծիծաղելու համար։
