Վազգեն Մանուկյանն այսօր ստացել է ծանուցագիր, որից պարզ է դառնում, որ փետրվարի 20-ին անկախ Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեն քրգործ է հարուցել, որով Վազգեն Մանուկյանին մեղադրյալ է դարձրել մի շատ հայտնի հոդվածով՝ 300.1 հոդված՝ սահմանադրական կարգի տապալում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 3-ին, Բաղրամյան պողոտայում «Հայրենքի փրկության շարժման» հանրահավաքի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՅԴ անդամ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը:

«Այդ հոդվածը կա Իշխան Սաղաթելյանի վրա, կարծեմ իմ վրա էլ կա: Անկախ Հայաստանի ՔԿ-ն 2021-ի փետրվարի 20-ին մեղադրանք է ներկայացրել 1988 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ին արցախյան շարժման առաջին հանրահավաքի կազմակերպիչ, Ղարաբաղ կոմիտեի նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի դեմ: Ոչինչ Վազգեն Մանուկյանն ու ուրիշները սովոր են, վարժ են, կարող են 10 հատ ծանուցագիր ուղարկեք»,-ասաց նա:
