ՀՀ-ում հոկտեմբերի առաջին կիրակին կնշվի որպես ազգային փոքրամասնությունների օր. ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց նախագիծը

Այսօր ՀՀ ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը: Նախագիծն անցավ միաձայն՝ 115 կողմ ձայնով:

Նշենք, որ նախագիծը ներկայացրել է «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ռուստամ Բաքոյանը և նախագծով առաջարկվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային փոքրամասնությունների օր նշել:

Նախագծի հեղինակը նախապես առաջարկել էր որպես ազգային փոքրամասնությունների օր նշել սեպտեմբերի վերջին շաբաթ օրը: Սակայն, նկատի ունենալով, որ ամեն 7 տարին մեկ այդ օրը կարող է լինել սեպտեմբերի 27-ը Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի առաջին օրը՝ Բաքոյանն առաջարկել է հոկտեմբերի առաջին կիրակին նշել որպես ազգային փոքրամասնությունների օր և այդ տարբերակով ընդունվել է:
