Արցախի աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և բնակարանային հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը տեղեկացնում է, որ տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներից 16 ընտանիք՝ 90 քաղաքացի, արդեն բնակություն է հաստատել Ասկերանի Պատարա գյուղում, ինչպես նաև Հարավում.

«Կահավորումը և առաջին անհրաժեշտության կենցաղային տեխնիկան ապահովում ենք՝ տների բարեկարգմանը և ընտանիքների բնակեցմանը զուգահեռ։ Բնակարանային 1-ին փուլի ծրագիրը՝ Ասկերանի, Մարտունու, Մարտակերտի և Շուշիի՝ մեր վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող գյուղական համայնքներում ապրելու, շարունակվում է»։
