«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի առաջիկա ծրագրերը պարզ կդառնան  ոչ ավելի շուտ, քան հաջորդ ամսվա վերջում։ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ շարունակում է հավաստիացնել, որ իր կողմից դեկտեմբերի 20-ին նշանակված կուսակցության համագումարում Սեյրան Օհանյանը ընտրվելու է կուսակցության նախագահ։

Մամուլը գրում է, որ որոշում կա Օհանյանին վստահել  հայ-ռուսական միացյալ զորախմբի հրամանատարությունը, սակայն դա դժվար թե իրականություն դառնա, քանի որ նախկին նախարարը կորցրել է վստահությունը  Սերժ Սարգսյանի մոտ»։
