Ցանկալի է 1 բաժակ ջուր խմել  ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ, դա արագացնում է նյութափոխանակությունը և լավացնում է մարսողական օրգանների աշխատանքը:

Խմեք 1 բաժակ ջուր մինչև լոգանք ընունելը, դա կօգնի նվազեցնել  զարկերակային ճնշումը:

Քնելուց առաջ մեկ բաժակ ջուր խմելը կօգնի խորը քուն մտնել և կնվազեցնի սրտի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը:
