Եթե մտադիր եք հոգեհանգստի ծիսակատարության ծառայություններ մատուցել եւ չունեք թույլտվություն, ապա կտուգանվեք: ArmLur.am-ը տեղեկացավ, որ առանց թույլտվության քաղաքացիական հոգեհանգստի ծիսակատարության ծառայությունների իրականացումը եւ մատուցումը՝ առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 1 մլն դրամի չափով։

Իսկ ահա նախատեսված արարքը վարչական տույժի նշանակման օրվանից հետո` մեկ տարվա ընթացքում, կրկին կատարելու դեպքում կտուգանվեք 2 մլն դրամի չափով:

Բացի այս, ArmLur.am-ը տեղեկացավ, որ առանց թույլտվության կամ թույլտվությամբ սահմանված պահանջների, պայմանների խախտմամբ տեխնիկական եւ հատուկ նշանակության հրավառություն իրականացնելն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` 300 հազար դրամից մինչեւ 1 մլն դրամի չափով։ Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում նշված արարքը կրկին կատարելու դեպքում տուգանքի չափը կկազմի 1 մլն 300 հազար դրամից մինչեւ 2 մլն դրամի չափով:
