Բերեք գեթ մեկ օրինակ, որ որևէ հակամարտող երկրի ղեկավար մյուս կողմի ղեկավարին կառուցողական անվանի: Կարելի է նրան գրագետ, կուլտուրական անվանել, բայց ոչ կառուցողական: Եթե կառուցողական է, եթե Ալիևի քայլերը կապիտուլյանտը համարում է կառուցողական, պետք է բացատրի, թե որ քայլերը՝ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսե՞լը, թե՝ ինչ-որ գաղտնի պայմանավորվածություններ են եղել, գաղտնի խոստումներ են տվել իրար ու Ալիևը չի կատարել դրանք:

Բայց մյուս կողմից էլ Ալիևն ասում է, որ հայկական կողմն իր խոստումները չի կատարել: Այս մասին հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը։

«Բազմիցս ստորացրեց, ինչ ասես՝ ասաց, որևէ պատասխան չհետևեց, իսկ մինչ պատերազմը, երբ ես փորձեցի ինչ-որ կերպ արձագանքել Ալևին, նա ու էս կապիտուլյանտը միացան ու սկսեցին իմ դեմ պայքարել»,- ասաց Սերժ Սարգսյանը։
