Հուշագիրը, որի համաձայն Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի քաղաքացիները կկարողանան հատել սահմանները նույնականացման քարտերով, մշակման փուլում է: Տեղեկությունը Sputnik Արմենիային հայտնել են ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակից։

Ավելի վաղ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն այս թեման քննարկել էր Հայաստանում Վրաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Գեորգի Սագանելիձեի հետ:

«Մարտի 3 -ին Թբիլիսիում Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի կառավարությունների միջև ստորագրվել է «Քաղաքացիների տեղաշարժը դյուրացնելու մտադրությունների մասին հուշագիր», որով ամրագրվում է Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի քաղաքացիների միջև տեղաշարժի համար նախատեսված փաստաթղթերի ցանկում նույնականացման քարտի ավելացնելու նպատակը», - ասված է Sputnik Արմենիայի հարցման պատասխանում:

Նշվում է, որ այս պահին գործընթացը գտնվում է նախագծային փուլում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հուշագրի մասին առաջին անգամ հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Երևանում ՝ 2020 թվականի մարտի 4-ի ԱԺ–կառավարություն հարց ու պատասխանի ընթացքում։
