Արդարադատության նախարարը տեղեկացրեց, թե երբ կվերացվի հայտարարված ռազմական դրությունը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հայտարարված ռազմական դրությունը կվերացվի այն ժամանակ, երբ վերանան այն պահպանելու հիմքերը: Այս մասին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում ասաց Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը, պատասխանելով «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Արկադի Խաչատրյանի հարցին:

«Բնականաբար, ո’չ արտակարգ, ո’չ ռազմական դրության պահպանումը չի կարող լինել ինքնանպատակ: Այն պահից սկսած, երբ հիմքերը կվերանան ռազմական դրությունը պահպանելու, որը կրկին կապված է անվտանգային միջավայրի հետ, անմիջապես ռազմական դրությունը կառավարության կողմից կվերացվի: Որևէ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ այստեղ չկա»,- ասաց Բադասյանը:

2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հայտարարված է ռազմական դրություն:
