«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ի տարբերություն Սերժ Սարգսյանի, պաշտպանության նորանշանակ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը շքեղ դղյակների սիրահար է։

«Ժամանակ»-ին հաջողվել է պարզել, որ շուրջ մեկուկես տարի առաջ Ազատության պողոտայի Հաղթանակ զբոսայգու շրջակա զբոսայգու հաշվին կառուցվող «միլիոնատերերի փողոցում» ձեռնարկել է իր առանձնատան շինարարությունը, որը, սակայն, դադարեցրել է այս տարի, ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո, երբ քննադատության թիրախում հայտնվեցին պաշտոնյաների ունեցվածքն ու դղյակները։

Վիգեն Սարգսյանը պաշտպանության նախարար նշանակվելուց հետո առավել ևս չի համարձակվում վերսկսել տան շինարարական աշխատանքները։
