Փետրվարի 8-ին մեկնարկել է Արցախի հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի 2021 թվականի ձմեռային զորակոչը: Պահպանելով համավարակի տարածման վտանգներով պայմանավորված անվտանգության բոլոր կանոնները` զորակոչիկները անցնում են բուժզննման անհրաժեշտ ընթացակարգերը, իսկ ապա նաև վիճակահանության միջոցով ընտրում այն զորամասերը, որտեղ պետք է անցկացնեն հետագա զինվորական ծառայությունը:

Արդարության սկզբունքն ու բանակի սերնդափոխության գործընթացի թափանցիկությունը առավելագույնս ապահովելու նպատակով, միջոցառմանը հետևում են զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի անդամները, իսկ վիճակահանության ամբողջ ընթացքը տեսանկարահանվում է:
Համապետական նշանակության միջոցառման պատասխանատուներն ու կազմակերպիչները վստահեցնում են, որ առկա են բոլոր նախադրյալները հետպատերազմական շրջանի առաջին զորակոչը բարձր մակարդակով իրականացնելու և բանակի ստորաբաժանումները համալրելու համար:
